Best Water Leaking in Milwaukee WI

This was the 2nd time I needed plumbing services from Faust. They have always been on time and able to diagnose and fix the problems. I also found their prices are very reasonable. I recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Karl is a rock star plumber. We just moved into the Milwaukee area and I can confidently say we found our go to guy. He was open and honest about what's needed, what's not needed, what would save us money, and what to look for in the future. He did great work, and we greatly appreciated his honesty.

Omer is the best! Super knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and efficient. I’ve used O&W a few times now and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anything! So glad I found someone trustworthy.

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

My entire experience was OUTSTANDING for the second time I needed their help . The service guy Phil was on time ( a little early) Very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix my issue. I also had two other concerns beside my original clog which Phil addressed as well. Phil worked very carefully because I had some older pipes that needed to be worked with and he made sure that those did not get damaged. He took care of all the plumbing issues I had while also moving at a good speed in order to keep the labor cost low and all while answering and explaining any questions I had. I highly recommend P.J.s Plumbing as this is the second time I needed there service and each time the service was prompt, polite, clean, and efficient. Hopefully I won't have to call a plumbing company again, but if I do it will be P.J.s.

Chris is very professional and does excellent work. He installed an outside spigot, so now I can easily water both the front and back yards without having to drag the hose all the way around the house. I would highly recommend him.

Matt arrived timely and worked through a difficult installation in an enclosed area. His initial estimate of time involved was accurate. He kept me informed of his approach and progress. He tested all connections and made sure we approved of his work.

Our shower was backed up during one of the coldest days of winter. We were told we might not be able to get someone out in a reasonable time because frozen pipes were the priority. Over the phone, Kevin was willing to talk me through how I could do a simple fix myself. Never actually had the service completed through Viking, but the time and attention was much appreciated!

Our water heater sprung a leak on top of a power outage in our house - Schoofs were super responsive; rearranged schedules and was at our house with new water heater with in 4 hrs! Very grateful!

I have used Brian for over 10 years. Up until now, he’s been very good (which is why I cannot give him 1 star) but it seems he’s gotten busier and busier. Unfortunately, it seems he’s unable to keep up with business, or get back to people when he says he will. He recently came to my rental property to look at a faucet and sink. He showed up and spent minutes looking at the issue and stated he’d get back with me regarding the cost to fix, since I was off-site.

That was two weeks ago. I called the office and Brian every day for a week, and sent text messages. All have been ignored, or Brian has responded saying “I’ll call you in a bit”. Well, it must be a reall big and long bit, because I’ve received no correspondence whatsoever, and I’ve called to complain about that. I did however receive a text message from the office stating “They can pound sand!” And then was promptly told that it was not directed toward me but for a delivery they were waiting for.

Not sure why it’s become so difficult to work with these guys :(
