I would highly recommend Jack Hanley. I will definitely ask for him in future. Our 4 family apt building is over 70yrs old & we were having pipe & leaking issues. For my repair he explained in detail how problem started, what repair options I have & outcome in future of option I chose. I was so impressed that he was so professional & knowledgeable for his age. He gave me the impression that he was an honest hard worker & extremely intelligent in his field.

O&W Heating and Cooling, Omer did an excellent job with replacement of our water heater and running new pipe for water and gas.  I can finally have a hot shower without adjusting the temperature constantly.  This is a fantastic company, great work, and very knowledgeable!  Omer took the time to listen to all the water issues we were experiencing, and suggested ways to improve out water efficiently without having to do an entire overhaul of our plumbing.  Thank you Omer and Wessal, definitely call you guys again when its time to do more work!  Thank you so much!  Definitely recommend this business!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

I have had this company come out for the last 2 or 3 years to service my AC unit. Last year (2020) I paid Action $1142.28 total (2 visits 6 weeks apart) and I'm still having the same problem of no AC. The first time the system was out of freon, they charged it, checked the connections, blew in nitrogen, found a small leak, and put in easy seal. That lasted barely 6 weeks and they had to come out again. The second time they did the same thing, stayed a little longer, took out all the freon, blew nitrogen, said it was a leak again, cleaned out my entire unit, added freon, and it was good for the remainder of the summer (1 month). I haven't had the AC on since then and last Friday I turned it on and it blew out warm air. I feel like whatever they did during those 2 visits was absolutely useless and I paid almost the 1/3 the amount of a complete new unit. My unit is only like 8 years old. Every time they come I have to pay a trip charge and it's a temporary fix.

The best of the 'hardware' stores. I like being able to look up items I need online and seeing where they are located in the store ahead of time, which saves a lot of time. Service is great, and employees are knowledgeable. Only wish they would still cut plywood and plexiglass to size like they did in the past. Must be some liability thing now. Otherewise, an all-around awesome experience for any home needs.
