They were so prompt and fast! Great employees that came to the house. I was very impressed with the knowledge the guys had and showed me how to light the pilot and adjust the water temperature. I can not recommend this business more highly! My husband, who is generally a very good handy man, had been trying to solve our air conditioning problems for over a week when I finally insisted on calling a professional. I chose O&W based on google reviews and I couldn't have made a better choice! Omer was here within an hour of me calling, and spent the next two hours diligently walking us through the issues as he saw them and educating us on how to more effectively and efficiently control the climate in our house. We have an unusual set up, with two AC units outside and a number of zones that are controlled independently from one another--I appreciated the way Omer talked us through how some of our habits were affecting our A/C equipment, and not only offering us ways to improve the longevity of our current AC system but explaining WHY those changed habits would make a difference. Omer clearly knows what he is talking about and has a ton of knowledge in this area-- he took his time talking through everything with me and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me on something. Omer visited our house over a week ago and our air conditioning has been working flawlessly since! THANK YOU!!! :)

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Highly highly recommend! After calling multiple places on a 90 degree day with our AC out at our business, they were the first one who could come out the same day. They came quickly and were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. They were able to fix the problem that day.
