Great job by Badger Underground repairing a partially collapsed sanitary line at my mom's house. They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Darrell did the job of clearing my sewer lateral when other plumbers called it quits after an hour. Even after finding an issue that looked like he wouldn't be able to clear the lateral, he kept at it and was able to clear it so that we could get a proper look at the issue. Now I have to address the issue, but with Darrell's help, I have some time to make a decision.

I had a serious problem at my house. Plugged Pipes came out early and solved the problem. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I appreciate they came out same day, but I was over charged and not all leaks were fixed. I had already paid $1182 and they wanted an additional $200 to fix $10 part which took 5 minutes to replace. Another plumber said I shouldn't have had to pay more than $800 for the whole job.

This was my first time using ABC Sewer. Bridget, the woman answering the phone was very pleasant and helpful. They happened to have someone in the area when I called so he came over within the hour. Dan was very diligent and resourceful in addressing my problem and provided some helpful advice to avoid future problems. I would feel confident using ABC Sewer again.
