Friend had a Christmas Day Emergency so we called the 24/7 Emergency number and never received a phone call back! Not sure why you have 24/7 Emergency service coming from a guy in the trades that also carries a company Emergency phone and always answers the phone. Finally got a call back 3 days later after I already fixed the problem for her. Unreliable service!

Just had Darrell over to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Did an excellent job - quick, friendly, very helpful and affordable to top it off. Would recommend him to everyone!

I called and explained that I needed my roof drain cleaned. I said I was going to drain the roof and the person on the phone told me not to drain it. The guys showed up and said they couldn't do anything because of the water on the roof. I called back after I had it cleaned and the line opened and the price doubled. 1000.00. Then they called me and I asked for a discount since I was told not to drain the roof and we could have had the job done yesterday. The manager said I am not interested in that I said not interested in what and he told me they won't come out and I have to find a new company and he hung up on me.
If you would like to use a plumber do not use roto rooter West allis. They are rude and will not come to the job.

Was charged over$170 for a quick 15 minute fix that required no parts ! $ 90 service charge and $ 75 labor!

Scrolled through Plugged Pipes Google reviews before selecting them. I was not disappointed by those leaving good marks. Had a drain to unclog and I actually had to schedule service the day after I called. They were ready to make accommodations in their schedules to fix it ASAP. Professional from the get-go and got things running again. There were some additional plumbing fixes they couldn't take care of (not an emergency and not related to my call). But they gave recommendations for who could help. Happy to add to the list of Plugged Pipes recommendations.

Edit: ABC has been coming out once or twice a year for many years. It's usually tree roots that make my basement drain back up. I've always loved them and never had a problem until recently. They came out to clear my drain. It backed up again but I didn't notice right away because I rarely go in my basement. After 4 phone calls and a few extra days of waiting I had to pay again for them to come redo the drain because it was past 30 days. The men are always on time and always polite.
