The plumber sent was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. The old plumbing was incapatible with a new dishwasher and hopefully his updated plumbing work will have corrected that problem when the new appliance is delivered.

Great job by Badger Underground repairing a partially collapsed sanitary line at my mom's house. They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

Very professional and courteous. Did the job with no damage to tile or other areas. Only recommendation I would have is for the workers to be supplied booties upon entering and working in house.

I have used Brian for over 10 years. Up until now, he’s been very good (which is why I cannot give him 1 star) but it seems he’s gotten busier and busier. Unfortunately, it seems he’s unable to keep up with business, or get back to people when he says he will. He recently came to my rental property to look at a faucet and sink. He showed up and spent minutes looking at the issue and stated he’d get back with me regarding the cost to fix, since I was off-site.

That was two weeks ago. I called the office and Brian every day for a week, and sent text messages. All have been ignored, or Brian has responded saying “I’ll call you in a bit”. Well, it must be a reall big and long bit, because I’ve received no correspondence whatsoever, and I’ve called to complain about that. I did however receive a text message from the office stating “They can pound sand!” And then was promptly told that it was not directed toward me but for a delivery they were waiting for.

Not sure why it’s become so difficult to work with these guys :(

I had a very small drywall finishing job. The drywall was already there and just needed a coat or two of mud. Was quoted between $800 and $900 dollars for it. This company is not so handy when you are quoted an exorbitant amount. I will not be contacting for any future needs. I'm a sub-contractor and Milwaukee Handyman has to get their cut. - Actual quote from the drywall guy they sent out.
