I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

The best ever. Reasonable price. They came out right away Monday morning. After an entire weekend of trying to snake, flush, etc., these guys came out and within 2 hours were finished, found the problem and made some future recommendations. Happy as ever with them.

We woke up to an inch of water in our basement. We called The Rooter Man and Darrell came to our home within hours. He cleared the tree roots from our pipes in less than 45 minutes. He was very polite and knew exactly what to do. We would definitely call Rooter Man again for their quick and affordable service.

Thorough. Inexpensive. Responsive. Clean. I call plugged pipes every time I have any plumbing issue - from clogged sink/disposal not working to basement laundry tub. They respond quickly and get the job done. I am very happy with their service and price.

I changed out my bathtub from a cast iron claw foot tub (pretty, but not very deep) to a large acrylic soaking tub. I called at least 10 different plumbers and got quotes from five of them. Zachow Plumbing was not only the most afford quote, they were the only ones who said they could get it done on my timeline. Also, they were the only ones who didn't talk down to me when they were checking out the project. That really goes a long way. On the day of the project, they arrived exactly on time and would have finished on the same day if I hadn't purchased the wrong tub drain. The plumber we worked with was able to locate the correct drain, order it, and bring back on a different day. He finished quickly on that second visit. Everyone at Zachow Plumbing was great to speak with and work with, and I'm delighted with the quality of their work. The new bathtub is pretty great!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

The came change my old pipes. The only reason I give them 4 stars cause they put all the old pipes in my trash can. My city don’t except this kind of trash. I don’t know where to throw the old pipes now cause I took them out of the trash so I don’t get a big fine from the city. Professional and on time. Prices are fare.

Excellent plumbing service that we asked to replace our home’s main water shutoff valves. I highly recommend for thorough and competent work performed at a good value.

could do w alot of less hanging out between workers and more towards customer service would be great

Called on a Sunday right before the Packer game. They showed up a half hour later and expeditiously fixed the problem.
