Best Furnace Repair in Milwaukee WI

My furnace went out in winter, early evening. Dickenschrauf came out right away, assessed and came the next day to replace my old furnace. They gave me a couple of options. Quick, easy, reasonable and clean. I hope I don't have to call them anytime soon, but I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Andy was a true professional, he called when he was on his way and showed up 15 minutes earlier then what was scheduled. His work was outstanding and very reasonable as far as price. He also went the extra mile to do some work that wasn’t included in my request. I would highly recommend using Andy and Hartlaub for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Great job!

Omer came out on Sunday and diagnosed our problem. He showed us where the broken part was, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also replaced our filter (which was long overdue), cleaning, and did a great job explaining our Nest to us. It pays to have a certified Nest professional when working with smart wi-fi thermostats. I've been a Knauer customer for over thirty years, and have always found them to be courteous, prompt, cost-competitive, and efficient. I've had my furnace, water heater and airconditioning installed and serviced with Knauer and have always had an excellent experience. It's nice having familiar service people and staff to talk to about my issues. They always know who I am and treat me like I matter.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam, who exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I contacted him until the completion of the job, his level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise left a lasting impression on me.

The furnace guy who installed my new furnace didn’t do a professional job. He ran the furnace power line/neutral wire with the ceiling lights in the same room as my furnace. In electrical term, you don’t do that was what I was told. You would have to know a little bit about electrical work to understand what I’m talking about here and the furnace guy that day explained it to me pretty well so now I know a thing or three about how some company cut corners. Instead of the previous guy running the furnace to it's own circuit breaker switch too, he had it running with my kitchen/laundry machine breaker switch. I was also told it should be on its own switch...
The furnace guy who came out that day spent four hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my furnace. Getting late and frustrated, he left to get parts, changed out parts, checked wires, up and down the attic and still couldn't figure it out.
So what had happened the night before was, I had replaced my ceiling light fixture and moved a wire, not knowing that, that was the furnace nuetral wire that was connected with the light fixture. Actually the furnace wire fell out of place so I left it aside cause I didn't know where it went to and due to sparks. I did tell the furnace guy a few times what went different before the furnace stopped working, but he didn't think the lights were to blame. I didn't think so either, to why would anybody wire it with the lights,... anyhow. So then after a few hours, he goes to look at the light wires that I had explained to him earlier and he tapes the loose wire “which is the furnace wire” together and guess what, the furnace started.
The furnace guy was pretty frustrated I tell ya... I felt bad cause he looked mentally exhausted.
I'm not too happy at all with the work and the company and the huge fee! I also later noticed that my filters don’t fit my furnace. I would have to bend the filter into place to fit the filter in. I hope that Action do come back and do the wiring the correct way at least!

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

Horrible Home Depot. Everyone is always walking around doing nothing and never wants to help when asked. Poor customer service
