Jason and Dan were great. They fixed the problmens to what any faucet and shower should be. Really nice guys and they even practiced safe distancing which made me very comfortably. I've read some reviews on their prices, but with certain situations it's sometimes best to get the best which also means they've earned the rite to price as they wish because they'll get it rite the first time. Long story short: made an appointment for the following afternoon. No one showed up or called. I called them and was basically told they forgot. Now I have to scramble to find another plumber so I can get my refrigerator delivered tomorrow. This is my 2nd negative experience with Roy's plumbing. Should have learned my lesson the first time. You have been warned!
