I had some plumbing work done. I was able to get prompt service. There was good communication from the office - they sent me a picture of the plumber who was coming and called ahead. Jeff arrived on time and gave me an estimate for the job. It was performed professionally and as planned. Recommended.

They have helped us out with great, quick, service on three separate occasions. Quality work at fair price. Highly recommended.

My condo board has requested Heiden come out and repair hose bibbs. They leak into unit ground floor closets which causes a real mess. We have been trying to get them to correct work they have done, they are really dragging their feet. We have a warrentee on work they did for our condo. We cannot turn on our outside water until Heiden fixes problem.

Great experience. I called for a quote and they came out 2 weeks later. Quote was competitive and I accepted based on other good reviews I read. Matt K came out and did the actually work. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained what was being done, why is was being done, and cleaned up when finished. He also finished faster than the quoted time so it was a pleasant surprise to be under the quoted price. I will definitely use Rozga for my future plumbing needs. Ethical company and quality work is why.

I have used Cliff Bergin & Associates for years and their customer service never disappoints me. From the person who answers the phone to the the technician who arrives (on time!), each and every person provides personal attention and excellent service. It's difficult to find a company that still appreciates that consumers have many options and strives to keep theirs happy and confident in their decision to call on them.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!
