I can not recommend this business more highly! My husband, who is generally a very good handy man, had been trying to solve our air conditioning problems for over a week when I finally insisted on calling a professional. I chose O&W based on google reviews and I couldn't have made a better choice! Omer was here within an hour of me calling, and spent the next two hours diligently walking us through the issues as he saw them and educating us on how to more effectively and efficiently control the climate in our house. We have an unusual set up, with two AC units outside and a number of zones that are controlled independently from one another--I appreciated the way Omer talked us through how some of our habits were affecting our A/C equipment, and not only offering us ways to improve the longevity of our current AC system but explaining WHY those changed habits would make a difference. Omer clearly knows what he is talking about and has a ton of knowledge in this area-- he took his time talking through everything with me and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me on something.
