Angel was very respectful as he took his time to explain the procedure to me while he prepared his estimate and viewing. I appreciate him giving me the opportunity to observe and ask questions. How are use the company and would prefer Angel to complete the work if we proceed forward. Thank you!

Adam and Nick were very professional and knowledgeable of replacing our boiler heating system. Adam explained step by step the process of the installation and what we could expect for the 1 1/2 days that they would be in our home. Day of completion Adam and Nick cleaned up behind themselves and broiler installation was done perfectly. We are happy to have had service done by Action Heating and Cooling! We will continue to give our business to them for maintenance of our boiler. We will be referring family and friends. Thanks Adam, Nick and Action Heating & Cooling Staff!

I've always had a positive experience with them. Their pricing is fair and the technicians are friendly and punctual.

Description Of Work:
I had a small leak in a natural gas line that ran to a HVAC unit in the attic. A plumber was sent out to repair the gas line. While repairing said line he noticed that the condensate pan for the HVAC unit was almost full of water and the drain line was not draining. He offered to repair that after he finished repairing the gas line. He did so, draining the pan, cutting the drain line, cleaning out the line and repairing it. He spent half his time at the home working on the drain line. When he concluded his service he presented a bill for $479 which I paid in full. The receipt noted that the work was guaranteed for 30 days for labor and 0ne year for parts.
Comments:
Three nights later I awoke to find water leaking rapidly through my ceiling. The condensate pan of the HVAC unit was overflowing and the drain line was not working. I called Cliff Bergin and asked that the plumber be sent back. They declined to do so, but sent an HVAC specialist the next day. The specialist drained the pan and cleared the drain line again. He suggested that the tilt of the fan coil unit was causing excess condensate and he leveled it. He suggested additional improvements (a 2nd drain line and additional venting). As the unit had functioned without issue for over 9 years during my ownership and 20 years overall, I declined these improvements. Upon completion, the technician tried to present me a bill for $183 for again draining the pan, making the drain functional and leveling the coil. As it had only been 3 days since the previous repair for an identical cause (i.e., a clogged drain line) I declined to pay as I felt that this service should be covered by the warranty.
It should also be noted that the overflow through the ceiling caused $300 of damage that I had to pay to have subsequently repaired.
In subsequent written communications CBA acknowledges that if the drain had worked correctly, it would not have mattered how much water the condensation coil generated or whether the coil was level. However, CBA goes on to claim that the cause of the issue is that the primary condensate drain line was not pitched and vented properly upon original installation. Given that the original installation was 20 years previous, no change in that tilt or ventilation, and the fact that there had never before (or since) been an issue with the drain, this statement is just not credible.
While initially pleased with the work CBA performed, I find their subsequent billing for what should have been warranty service abhorrent and unprofessional and would neither use them again or recommend them to anyone else.

Words cannot describe the professionalism, attention to details, and responsiveness IcyHot founder Hector gave to us! We were referred to him by a friend as the big box HVAC companies were unresponsive to our lack of heat. Hector answered us immediately, came out to our house within an hour for a quote for a new boiler, and installed the next day!!! He would not leave our house on day of install until we had fully function heat. Words cannot describe the amount of faith and hope we put into Hector and his crew to come to our rescue as our home was without heat and 55 degrees (of note the big box company had over a week and did not even provide us with an install date....so yes! we were without any head for over a week until Hector came to us!). The next day he and his crew installed our new boiler, ensured everything was fully functional prior to leaving, even went above and beyond to clean out our 1906 pipes/plumbing which is above and beyond the quote (and didn't charge us extra!!!!). This is the first time in 15 years of using a big box company that we actually have equal heat on our second story which mirrors our first story! Again....words on this review cannot describe our extreme joy and warmth with Hector's professionalism, responsiveness, and HVAC expertise on what our unique 1906 plumbing needed to guarantee us heat and peace of mind. Highly, highly recommend to all!!!!!

We were very appreciative of Jason's professional, orderly, personable, informative response to our needed plumbing repair, installation of a new garbage disposal, and review of our water heater situation. We will call Seider again when needed.
