Best Sewer Cleaning in Milwaukee WI

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

I recently had a very good experience with 2 young gentlemen from Knauer. Jordan and Nick, they were prompt, polite and pleasant. It is wonderful to see young people learning the trades. They are definitely good will ambassador for the East side family business. We have been dealing with Knauer for over 25 years and are very satisfied with the professionalism that is shown and the quality of their workmanship. We had a Floor Drain in the basement back up with water and called into Roter Rooter. We opted not to have them come out right away to avoid any possible emergency charges. They called us the very next day at 7am to set up an appointment for that day between 8-930am. They called when they were on their way and arrived well within the time frame. The technician (William) was very friendly and knowledgeable of the situation at hand. The problem was resolved in a timely fashion and in a very professional manor. I plan on having them out once a year or two to make sure the lines are clean and this doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a similar issue.

We had an all around great experience with PJs after our three year old decided to flush a toy car down the toilet!

We called Paul around noon and were lucky enough that he was able to make it to our house the same afternoon. He was professional and courteous during his visit, even listening to the same three-year old introduce all of her favorite toys by name.

We'll definitely make use of PJs again in the future and would recommend anyone in the Milwaukee area to do the same!
