Best Plumbing System in Milwaukee WI

The plumber should up quickly after the call, which is great and appreciated. However, he was here for an hour, “snaked” a drain, said it didn’t work and wanted at least another $1000. $400 for the plumber to come out for an hour and then another $1000 on top of that with absolutely no guarantee that he could do anything to fix the draining issue. So I just paid the plumber $400 for absolutely nothing. Not even to tell me what the issue is. $400 to figure out the problem? Ok. $400 to do nothing and then another $1000 at least to do more potential nothing. Not great and truly not happy with the service. And now I am $400 down to pay another plumber that can come out and take his job serious.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

Heiden is thorough, honest, and local. My mother had persistent basement spillover from a maze of 1950s plumbing/sewer. Several other plumbers wouldn't even look at the job - don't do basements. The Heiden supervisor arrived the next day, took time to troubleshoot, and in two days the plumber arrived on time, installed a PVC cleanout, and even removed an unusable fixture. Everyone I dealt with was a problem solver, and I would use them again with confidence.

We had a plumbing emergency and had to locate a plumber to help us in a pinch. The staff at PJ's was the only plumbing service to call us back quickly and within the hour someone was at our door ready to fix the problem. Our plumbing issue was even worse than we we thought. We were scared we would not be able to afford the repairs. They reassured us they would do all they could to make sure we had plumbing and we would not have a huge bill. They were right! They fixed our plumbing the very next day ( was not an easy fix). They were very proffesional, cleaned up after themselves ( what little mess they made), and didn't charge us an arm and leg. Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

John (master plumber) was recommended by a friend of mine and he came out to look at the work needing to be done giving free advice. However even after hours of confirming he would be out here to do the work he never showed up. He never called back or returned any of the messages that were left. I waited all day for Friday and am now without any running water in my house for the weekend and gosh knows when until I can find another plumber to come out and fix my busted water pipe. I thought I could really trust this person and had he even called to tell me something came up or any reason he couldn’t do the job would have been acceptable but I heard nothing back! This company unfortunately can not be trusted to show up to do the work needed to fix any problems.

Rick and his employee Dustin were great to work with. Dustin's work exceeded expectations and Rick's communication was top notch. Would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

We've used him a few times now and he's always very prompt, and does a fantastic job! He's our only plumber!

I have my house up for sale and the new buyer wants 2 issues fixed as part of the sale. So I called ac plumbing. I told them what needed to be fixed. The man I talked to said not a problem I can fix that up for you. Send me a text with all the info. So I did 5 days later I am still waiting for a call back from his company to schedule a time and an appointment. I will never hire them for plumbing needs.
