Best Sump Pumps in Miami FL

I was originally disappointed with Roto rooter because my appointment was scheduled on a weekday for between 8am-12pm. They told me I was the second appointment of the day, but no one showed up and I had not received an update by 1 PM. I called them and when they called back, they couldn’t even tell me if or when they could send a person out to my house. By 4:45 PM I just canceled the appointment. However, I was be able to reschedule on a Saturday and I’m glad I did because the plumber they sent to my house, Kat F., was fantastic. She was professional and listened to me explain the frustrating problem that another company had failed to correct multiple times. Basically a plumber and therapist in one! The work I need done was not something she could do on the spot and required a special type of appointment, but she got everything set up for me quickly and was so nice and professional. Honestly, she deserves a raise because she totally restored my confidence in Roto rooter and it’s customer service!

I would absolutely recommend this company. They were professional from start to finish. The young lady, Eli, who took my call was extremely professional, compassionate and helpful. Then, both the person sent to evaluate the leak as well as the plumber showed up during the time frame that I was given and they were also very courteous and professional. It turned out, thankfully, that the problem was not as serious as I had feared, and the plumber, Robert, fixed the leak and changed out the pipe fixtures right away. I was very pleased with his work, and he was very careful not to make a huge mess and cleaned up once he was done. So far, there is no sign of any more leaking. The service is guaranteed for 1 year, but hopefully it won't be necessary.

Michael was incredibly helpful, and returned several times as requested just to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Wendy did an amazing job coordinating and planning the appointments. Very punctual and professional!

They have been very helpful. The prices are falr because they don't waste time and will come out in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had to wait more than a week, usually just a few days. I like all the plumbers and helpers that I've met. They are honest, friendly and get the job done without delay.

Carlos is the only plumber I use for my house in Long Beach. He is very responsive and his prices are the best I have found in the area. I would recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.
