I was taken advantage of by another vendor, but Zoom Drain Techs came right in and fixed the problem in no time at a very economical rate. They are very professional and trustworthy. I will definitely hire them again! Highly recommend them, dont waste your time with anyone else.

I Called the guys from Care Plumbing Services due to a main line stoppage late Saturday afternoon. I had family that came over the weekend so I couldn't afford having clogged bathrooms. Kiko from Care Plumbing showed up within an hour of calling him; He was able to resolve the issue within an hour. He was very professional, polite and explained everything he needed to do.

Call EZ Plumbing at 9pm on a Friday since my father's water heater had broken that day. Oscar had answered the call and promptly helped me out with setting an appointment for the repair the next day. He showed up at my father's house with a new water heater and all the parts that were needed to install it. This is the second time this heater has been changed since my father bought his house in 89, and to say that it is the best looking one that been installed. The part that I love the most is that I'm in South Carolina and looked up water heater service in Miami and ran across their reviews. Can't say I'm disappointed at all. Great service guys!!! My father means the world to me and him not having hot water in the house is a no go. You guys came through, thank you for everything!

I cannot speak for their service, they may provide. Very good service, however their driver almost hit me, and could have killed somebody. They allow their drivers to drive maniacally, and like I said they very well could kill somebody. Trying to get to your location. So if you want to be accessory to killing somebody, this might be the company you want to call. I obviously just trying a different company, who provides themselves in safety

Extremely overpriced. And they charge you $150 just for a quote so you kind of forced to go with their insane price. In my opinion any company in this niche that are still charging a fee for a quote, it means they are a small fish in the industry and lot of customers refuse to work with them after they hear the quote. It is a cash grab … don’t be discouraged finding reliable plumbers that will only charge a fraction of that price, unless you want to have a good laugh hearing their quote then pay the $150 lol.

We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone

Always do a great job. We have a home built in the 1920s, so we have interesting plumbing issues and they always come through!
