I spoke with Steve, the owner under a panic because there was a running water leak under my kitchen sink. Steve was very calm and coached me to find the house main water line and told me how to turn it off. He then said he would come later today to fix it. Lucky for me, a neighbor helped me diagnose the problem and I told steve he did not need to come. However, I was grateful for his help and would call him again due to his professionalism and responsiveness.

Terrible customer service. They are fast to take your money, but do not stand behind their work. We are a repeat customer and you would think they would treat you better.

Great service! I had major damage in my home due to a plumbing issue in a bathroom. Saul was able to accomodate to my hectic schedule and arranged for someone to come out during the odd hours of the night not just for a quote but prepared to tackle the job, they left at 1 am and the bill was more than affordable.
