So despite my reservations, my contractor was having issues with his plumber so I hired them to do a rough for a bathroom remodel.. Explained the layout and provided drawings, plus I had all the fixtures. The final product looked nice to the untrained eye like mine, but when I contacted them to have them install the fixtures at separate cost they didn’t bother to show up and now I see why. The wrong drainage pipe was used for the tub plus it was too narrow and too short, the shower valves were too far back and uneven, shower head lines also not symmetrical, and the water lines by the toilet and bidet were not symmetrical either although I’ll admit to have noticed that and brushed it off due to fatigue of dealing with sub par work for months. I see now why I got a few estimates in the 40s for what I felt was worth 20. Quality craftsmanship is hard to find and this is what you get when you try to save money. Gotta love Miami.

Mark came out and cleaned out our kitchen drain. I had tried on my own with both drano and a good sized snake I bought from Menards. Both were unsuccessful.

Mark did a great job. He has a much larger snake (90 feet) and had other tricks up his sleeve. He ended up clearing the blockage by using pressurized water. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing help with their drains.
