Best Sewer Pipe in Miami FL

Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

Highly recommend Royal Flush Plumbing! They scheduled me right away and did high quality work. The plumber was knowledgeable and knew the proper way to repair what I needed done. I would use Royal Flush again anytime!

Very professional and on time great guy

Called to have a plumber come out. They called before 7:30 am on a Saturday BACK TO BACK woke my kids up and then didn’t even show up. I wouldn’t even recommend them to someone i don’t like. Not sure how they are in business or have 9 “5 star” reviews. Never use EVER

Steve Davis and his band of merry men are a wonderful plumbing company with many years of experience and are extremely knowledgeable. The are reliable, dependable and they do the job right the first time. I had a severe problem outside where a number of roots had encroached on the pipe leading to my septic system. It had caused a back up of my entire plumbing system. Steve sent his crew over and they used a hi-tech camera to determine what was causing the problem. The had to dig up a section of my yard to replace some pipes and a clean-out. They were quick, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I love these guys! I want to give them 10 stars for their actions that led to a resolution to the problem. Thanks Steve.

My husband and I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. We discovered water in our home on a Friday night and when I called (hoping to get a person not a machine) I spoke to a customer service rep who helped me right away! Joe Clevenger came out and found the leak (which I thought would be impossible) in 4 hours. Joe was so knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad he was the one to come to our home! We felt so much better about the situation we were facing after working with him.

Absolutely terrible company. Sent various emails and spoke to Erica C. on the phone 1 week prior to arranging the appointment, to make sure the plumber can install the toilet and arrives precisely on time, because the building allows only a small window for the water-shut-off. I made that very clear. She said the plumber might take another job first but promised me that whatever happens, he'll be here at 10:30am at the latest and worst case she'll pull him out to make sure he arrives on time. The plumber NEVER arrived. After asking repeatedly what the issue is, Erica told us first that he had to take an emergency call after he was done with the first job and eventually she revised the story to he's still stuck with the original job. Asking her to pull him out (as she promised) she snapped back that this isn't an office job and there's nothing she can do for me anymore. In the end nobody came, and there was zero remorse from their side. Next water-shut-off is in a month from now, so we're stuck with the current situation for a while. Thank you very much Island Plumbing, you showed very clearly that you don't care about your customers. Luckily the building management agrees that this is unacceptable behavior and as a consequence we have removed them from all future work in our building (and I will make sure this stays in effect).

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
