I am extremely impressed with how Roto Rooter resolved my issue with a pipe they initially installed that was leaking.Marilys went above and beyond to help resolve the problem and two senior/experienced plumbers were dispatched to fix the problem and also to confirm that everything was okay.I appreciate the follow up and care that was put into resolving this issue.

Mike was amazing he came he and helped me with my tankless water heater as I am not familiar with it and he answered all my questions and was very polite and not only that he was fast working and very efficient he assured me that if i needed anything else i could reach out to them 24/7 which really helps when you have emergencies late at night i cant thank him enough if i could give them 10 stars i would thank you so much true flow plumbing🙂
