Douglas Orr Plumbing has resolved quite a few issues in my home. My kids flushed a toy down the toilet, they came out and unclogging it immediately! I called over the weekend and a plumber on call came out right away!

John was highly professional, efficient, and trustworthy. That last one is hard to come by. He gave me honest assessments by phone, and fit me into his schedule right away. Once in a while you find people who are excellent at their craft, honest, expedient, and fairly priced. This is a rarity, but this is what you get with JJM. Highly recommend!!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Thank you, nothing like good service people. Even though we called about a water softener, which they don't work on. Time was taken on A Saturday - over the phone- to tell us how to shutoff water to the softener. Even allowed us to text pictures ensuring we used the correct bypass valve. God Bless you!!!
