Best customer service I have experience in a very long time. Alain our Rotor Rooter technician was knowledgeable, friendly, informative and very professional.

Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

Daniel and his dad were great to work with. They responded quickly to our inquiry and repaired both a leaking kitchen sink and a broken toilet very quickly. Would definitely utilize their services again.
