I called Nick after I had a leak in my pipe that was leaking onto the downstairs neighbor
Nick was extremely pleasant over the phone
He told me he will come next morning and he came on time
He was very professional and he immediately diagnosed my problem. He gave me 2 options to fix the leak
He repaired the leak and his price was fair and reasonable
I had an experience in the past when I call plumbers they tend to make the problem appears worse that what it is . He was the opposite
Honestly he is the best plumber I have dealt with

We had a water leak this morning. We did not know how to shut it off or fix it. Gio from miami plumbing came this morning. He was very professional and the quality of work was excellent. We ended up getting almost all pending issues fixed in the house. The estimate was close to what was quoted. This is my first pluming company review. These guys are under rated. Amazing job. Another great job by Falcon Plumbing. As always very friendly to schedule someone to come out, was notified when they were on their way and they arrived on time. Chris was great actually second time he came out, before was a different job. He is very friendly and professional, that's why I remember him. Chris came in, listened to the problem and fixed it. I will always rely on Falcon Plumbing for all my plumbing needs; great employees, fair price and job always done right the first time.

His assessment of the problem was spot on. His quote was very reasonable and he completely the job fast. I felt he was honest and personable.
