This company and their plumber Emir and his assistant were good. First of all, they were able to come to the property on a short notice which was great. They were late as they got delayed by previous job, however it was worth the wait as they stayed up really late to make sure our emergency leak is fully repaired. They fixed it all up, took photos and it was done without even me being there. Hands down one of the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Thank you, Emir!!!

If you ever care your friends and families that you must tell them stay away from the company.
They don't feel it's wrong to over charge you. And they could give all the excuses for the bible for why the have to charge you 5~10 times more than any other plumber/company.
They have a specialist for just answering the calls and debating with you as long as you want. Because, they know you will give up in the end.
Ok......if you have time to negotiate with them that you may try. But, most likely they won't back down.
They definitely won't give you the quote before they start. Because, they knew you will not hire them.
So, don't believe if you go with a big company that you will get fair services. Please read the review 1st.
Update: After we sent the complaint. They did adjust the invoice. So, I will give them 3 stars instead of 1. It's never too late to do some changes that's my recommendations and it's free of charge.

This man is awesome and honest. The water in my bathtub was coming out of the faucet but not the shower head. He said your shower head was clogged. I was thinking to myself this was a brand new shower head I just replaced. He walked me through what to do over the phone. Simply had to remove the shower head and sure enough there was a small piece of plastic. What a life saver. Just because of his honesty I would call this company next time for any plumbing needs. This company is customer service based. So hard to find honest businesses not trying to rob customers. Thank you again !!!

Called at the last minute and Kris went out of his way to help with my leaking toilet. So helpful and professional. Very reasonable.

I’ve had Mark to my house a couple times, and he does a great job. One time he even came on Sunday when I was in a bind. He always explains what is going on and makes sure I understand the problem and what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a good time chatting while he works.
I fully recommend him!

Thank you guys so so much! Having a plumbing issue in the middle of summer is the last thing someone needs but you guys came through and saved my life lol and for a great price! And i gotta say thank you to Andrea for getting on the drivers too make sure someone was dispatched out to my house in under an hour. When you have an issue like the one I had timing is everything and she got them there quick!!

This place is probably the worst home Depot I've seen. It's dirty, the employee's are rude, and God forbid someone needs help. I ask for an item on a shelf I can't reach and they said they will be right back. I waited for about 30 minutes before I found one of their ladders and did it myself. Which is a safety violation for most companies. The support beams on the shelves were bent and there was broken goass in the store. People bring there dogs and children there. There seems to be no management in that store.

My toilet started “acting up”. All I could hear was $$ flowing and getting worse. Called Josh and he was out this AM to take care of my leak. I went ahead and had the “guts” changed out, on my other toilet, too. Thanks Josh!!
