Carlos from Zoom Drain did a great job. He explained what would be done in a calm comprehensive manner. He diligently dud the job. The bathtub drain was quickly unclogged. I gave 4 stars because of the overrated price of over $300 to unclog the drain. Whatever the service whether sink, toilet or bathroom tub is priced the same. No service fee but so overpriced.

This is the worst of the worst. I took over a property that already had a contract with them and by the year end they charged the building over $25,000 dollars worth of repairs emergency pump and fix to the brand new pump they installed. After one month of installation those pumps has been nightmare, the property never had issues with the old pump and supposedly the city of coral gable refer them to make upgrades which cost the property over $95,000.00 since then it was week after week calling them because the pump would fail and cannot work or the valve would break. Stuff a plumber will do for $1000.00 and they charge $13,000.00 with ridiculous claims they had to hold the sewer line and all. All they are thieves and even have problems with the IRS. We received documents that’s said to not to make payments to them they own over half million of taxes not paying. Any payments own to them should be made to the city.

Don't even think about hiring these plumbers unless you want to cause major damage to your property. Only the owner has the license, but those who are going to do the work do not. They don't even have a physical place to claim them.

This was the worst job a plumbing company can do. We hired them to replace a water filter for kitchen

As they installed the water filter and connect it back, it cause the ice maker in the fridge to leak due to the wrong connection. They fixed it by disconnecting the ice maker and now we don’t have ice

While fixing the water pressure in shower, they decided to change the mixer, and asked to shut the water off from the main gage under the sink. Once they replaced the mixer I said they were all finished and ready to leave I asked to check the water to see if it improved I find that they left the water shut off. I asked how come they said because there is a leak at the main gage. I asked why wouldn’t they fix it. They are a plumbing company. Their answer was that it needs a plumber!! It was an embarrassing situation for a plumbing company to cause a leak and pretend it was not part of their jobs and then to refuse to fix it

I would never recommend them to anyone and everyone should stay away from their services

Great service! Above and beyond expectations.

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
