Right away Luis showed up promptly and made me feel safe by wearing his defined roto rooter mask. They were able to come the same day and by the time we walked from the front door to the bathroom they already knew what the issue was and how to fix it. 5 mins and 1 chopstick later, a clog that we tried to clear with drano over and over was gone forever. Super fast and really affordable. Ask for Carlos and Marco - really good, professional guys!

Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

As someone who was unfamiliar with dealing w/ mold, the education and service provided by Water Mold Fire Restoration was exceptional. I would highly recommend to anyone who thinks they may have an issue with mold.
