Very good customer service,in the website said free estimate, but isn't true they charge $55 if you don't due the job with them. but also de labor is too expensive $100 per hours , I never use anymore

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Mark was very professional, responsive, showed up on time, fixed our issue and had extremely rates. We definitely recommend and would use Twin City Drain again!

Look no further, Acosta plumbing was great, dependable, on time, great follow up and great pricing. All great attributes you just don’t find in Miami anymore. A good old fashioned honorable company a rare find in todays environment or anytime for that matter !!

I have been using them for probably 4 or 5 years and they are just incredible...They always return my call....quick service to say the least the next day....friendly technicians....and always nice to talk to. THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I felt something was wrong when they required a credit card to make an appointment. Never fixed the problem they were hired to do, charged 400.00 to my credit card. When I tried to fight it they refused. I offered to pay 100.00 the refused. They even charged me for PARKING fees!
