Where to begin? I had a major issue on Father's Day, and two other plumbers stood me up. I have no idea why I didn't call Roto Rooter first but going forward they will be my first call. Hector arrived at 10 PM, within the window I was given, and despite it being his day to celebrate with his children he not only did an excellent job but soothed my anxiety assuring us this would be fixed and it was. In addition he was as quiet as possible (I had a sleeping baby in the house) and warned me when his machine would make noise in case the baby woke up. I can go on praising the excellent service. Please call them first, do not waste your time with other people and companies expecting to save a few bucks.

Marco and Carlos came to fix the stoppage at my home. Their professionalism and knowledge was extraordinary. They have a compassion for good customer service and they were detailed to explain the problems they encountered. They were helpful and provided top notch service! I will recommend them to others and if I ever have an issue again I will be sure to call Marco and Carlos. They came highly recommended from my daughter who used their services last week. Kitchen sink was backed up and would not drain. I called them and they came over the same day and had it fixed very quickly they were also very courteous. Would use them again without question, it is hard to find a company that offers good honest work at reasonable prices these days.

I have used Carlos on 2 separate occasions. Originally to unclog a tub & then to connect a utility sink in my garage. I plan to use him again. Carlos is very professional & knowageable. I highly recommend him.
