Good afternoon all, Last December 2021 I had an issue with my septic tank...after 2/3 companies visit (that just charged to pump and didn't fix the issue), I found Peter's Plumbing via recommended home service websites...Mr. Ortiz came to my house and gave context and the gentlemen told: Sir, don't worry we won't tell you what to do before I dig the yard and understand what is happening. It sound professional and honesty...I explained...I need this fix once for all! Sir we are a Christian family owned company, we don't treat people like you were treated before, by the way we offer lifetime warranty for our services. Ok...at that afternoon, after they made many holes in my yard, he called me and stated that my drain field was dead. And what do you recommend? Let's build a new one...how much? $ 7,500...I had an international trip schedule in 3 days...I made some internet research and thought that was the average price....They came next Morning and finished the job in 2 days. Fantastic I thought...done no more problems. WRONG!. Last June, the landscaping guy called me and told me sir...something is wrong with you septic tank...is completely flood! WHAT? I CALLED MR. ORTIZ , explained what was happening and then, surprise! You know Sir, this time is not the drain field that is bad is the tank itself...we recommend that you replace the whole system! Questions: but why you did not see this 4 months ago? Oh, see well!!! this system is a live system and we could not foresee this...But why should I replace the drain field? It was destroyed by the leakage in the tank...What? this is not right, what about the lifetime warranty?! Look I will escalate this internally...After 2 days back and forth with them and other manager in the line, Luiz...look we will charge you only $ 8,000 but we will replace the whole system...But the tank itself costs just $ 2000 as per my consults with other companies (by the way I called 2 other companies that visited my house and confirm that the tank was ok, the problem was just the drain field!). Now I asked to talk to the owner, Mr. Peter, the Christian gentlemen...Nothing just excuse, one thing said during the morning, another in the evening!... Sir, this is what we can do for you $ 8,000 new system and you won't find anything better. But Peter what about the $ 7,500 that I paid you , and the warranty. Sir, now you are starting waste my time...End of case. I had to hire new company that rebuilt the drain filed by $ 4,500...DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If you have doubts, I have recorded conversations and messages, call me!

Beware! These are not real plumbers. Not licensed. Not insurances. They took our money and never finished the job and then never refunded us. Don’t make the same mistake we made.

*They came to our home, put holes in our walls, ripped out a toilet and created leaks across the valves in our house, and then just left us….without hot water to add to insult. I cannot stress this enough stuff, do not hire these people. I would give them a zero star if that was an option. We will be filing complaints with the Better business bureau, the city and DBPR.
