Best General Plumbing Services in Mesa AZ

I appreciate professionals who do the job right the first time and can explain their work in layman's terms for my understanding. Michael Gisbran is an expert in his field, never tried to upsell us for things we dont need. I highly recommend Michael Gisbran and BSJ plumbing without hesitation. That said I rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to share our confidence to those in need of this type of service.

If you ever need a plumber, call Davis Plumbing. I had a toilet problem and unfortunately I called another company -- DISASTER! They came out to my home and said it would be $3800. I sent them away and called Davis Plumbing. Aaron came out early that afternoon. They were so efficient and quickly took care of the clog in the main drain and charged only $165 -- what a difference. It is so nice to know that a family owned business is so honest and helpful. I really recommend them if you have any kind of plumbing problem. You can really depend on them to do a great job.

Where else can you take your favorite sandals which are so old the velcro closure no longer line up? He shortened the strap and gave me another five years.

I scheduled a repair for under the kitchen sink and when Daniel came to inspect, right away he started making excuses about doing the work. He hadn’t even looked under the sink when he had already said he had to reschedule me for a different day and when I said I worked all week he said I should just take a day off and get the repair done in the morning. I told him I couldn’t and he then looked underneath the sink and again said he couldn’t fix it and that he had scheduled this Thursday off because he also works but has things he needs to get done. I told him again I couldn’t do that. He was rude and unprofessional. Before leaving he kept telling me that I should just take a day off to get the repair done and when I declined all the work due to his attitude he just walked out of my house and didn’t even close my door. I had work done with this company before and I called back because my previous experience had been excellent, unlike this one.

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

Best customer service in the valley... This company is best in the valley. Excellent customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Arizona.... Don't believe give them a shot yourself .

This Company did a lot of work to our Park Model at an RV Park in Mesa last April of 2020. There was a leak from a water line under the Park Model that caused extensive damage, especially to the bathroom and flooring of the Park Model. My sister and I share the Park Model, every other year, and I only wish I had been here to inspect the quality of Paragon's work before it was completed. I have been here six weeks now and have had a good chance to review Paragon's work. A part of one of the walls in the bathroom had to be replaced/repaired. Whoever did the plaster work left little lumps and streaks on the wall that should have been smoothed out and sanded and indentations that should have been filled in. And then it was just painted over them. Terrible. Paragon also installed a new vanity and if you pull out the bottom drawer too much it falls out on the floor. The flooring throughout the Park Model was replaced and in some areas the flooring was cut too short and left gaps that the molding wouldn't cover, so they used wood putty to cover the gaps, and other areas, which looks bad. Some pieces of molding coming loose from the nail gun not holding, also too many nails in some pieces of molding. My sister also said, as one of the other reviews, the owner was very difficult to work with. She actually did a review about a year ago but I don't see it anymore, so I wanted to do another one. The owner will say he doesn't recognize my name and that is because my sister has a different last name than me. Not going to post any pictures but we have them.

In response to the owner's response to my review, your company did the work to our Park Model in Greenfield Village in Mesa in April of 2020 and my sister's first name is Jan. No reason to give her last name. This is no mistake, it was your company. My sister did ask you to correct a couple things but got frustrated because you were too difficult to work with.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.
