Best Water Softener Clean in Mesa AZ

Update on 5/33/23: another amazing experience with this company. They're fast, efficient, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Fred diagnosed the issue immediately and gave great, understandable answers to all my questions. I got text updates when he was en route and a phone call before he arrives. I recommend Fred and BSJ wholeheartedly!!

Call BSJ first!! I've had two visits from a different plumber and one visit from an electrician. If I had called BSJ first I could have avoided all that and had consistent hot water three weeks ago. Brad is knowledgeable, professional, prompt and communicative. He came out on a Sunday and had the issues diagnosed and fixed in no time. Really nice people, really great company.

Our hot water tank stopped working so I called multiple plumbers that either wanted $200 just to come look at it or didn't have any availability. Our Bradford White was still under warranty so I found G&G Brothers Plumbing on the Bradford Warranty site - Gregg called me within 5 minutes and said he could be over in a few hours and that he had the parts on his truck ready to go. Gregg did not charge me for the part (as it was under warranty) and was competitively priced for the install. Gregg was knowledgeable and had the water heater back up in running in a little over an hour. I will be calling Gregg for all future plumbing needs!

Mitch and his crew are outstanding! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs! They replaced a hot water heater that was leaking. Two men on his crew identified the problem and started draining the old water heater. Meanwhile, Mitch and another member of his crew brought over a new water heater to install. They are in communication every step of the way. They are all kind, courteous and very professional. I’ve referred them to my family members. They’re my #1 go to for future plumbing needs. Thank you Mitch and crew!!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

Water heater went out Saturday afternoon. Called the service and Aaron came right over. It was too late to get parts so he pulled the old one to stop the leaking. New one was installed first thing Monday and hot water was back on by 9! Awesome response!

Justin is a quality person. He arrived at the scheduled time to check for a plumbing leak on our property. Within 15 minutes he confirmed what I suspect - that we had a leak in our pool. Since pool leak detection and repair is not his business, he did not charge me for any service, but he had me pointed in the right direction. Super guy. Super attitude! When I need his actual services he will be the guy I call.

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

They did a great job of being able to accommodate me on the same day I called to have my water heater replaced. I definitely recommend these guys. Installation took no time at all and we were running hot water in our house in no time
