I was very happy with the work done, everything looks great and most importantly works!! I was actually very impressed with the level of service received. We purchased a whole house water softener kit, with pre filter, resin tank and brine tank. I had several companies out for quotes to install it, Go Direct wasn't the cheapest, but they were not far off from it, however they quoted me a price for the whole job start to finish, no surprises no add on charges, no little surprise extras, just one number and they walked me through what they were going to do. The day of installation, I received a phone call letting me know he was on his way to get parts and would be at the house soon. The installation was first class, and he walked me through how everything would work. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, if you need a plumber don't even hesitate call Go Direct!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

I really appreciated the time Donte took to go through the individual plumbing issues and the options of which ones I wanted to address. Replacing the shower cartridge ended up fixing my water pressure issue in the shower, which was a relief!! And I’m sure to get more mileage out of my water heater after the maintenance (flush) and rejuvenating (replacing a few parts). He was very pleasant, respectful and professional. Victor the owner was really helpful. I had a shower leak on my main restroom upstairs which was leaking to one of the bottom bedrooms. Hindsight Plumbing gets it right. when you lose your water it’s pretty much an emergency and just a thought finding someone it’s frightening. I saw these folks had really great reviews but I called the owner picked up the phone said he’d come out tomorrow morning and see what parts he needed and he’ll fix it that afternoon.
