While the plugged drain was more an inconvenience rather than emergency (it was an emergency to me), I had a small window of time in the morning between Addam’s appointment times and work. Addam accommodated my schedule far and above my expectations and completed the job in a thorough and complete manner. He was super quick to respond to my questions regarding price and to schedule my job. I am completely impressed with him and the job he did. This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
