Best Service Upgrade in Mesa AZ

Interviewed several company's for the valve replacement project on our community well system and we're very pleased we selected Superstition Plumbing for the job.
This is a great company and we plan to use them for future projects.

Our warranty service sent them to clear a clogged drain. The guy showed up in what appeared to be a personal vehicle with no equipment. He looked at the clog and took pictures. Without even trying to clear anything he said they would need to run a camera through the system to find the clog. He then said they would need to cut a hole in the wall to do that. It would cost $215.

We called and had a different company come out and they cleared the clog with an auger. This company is a sham. Don't use them.

After our sink got clogged and we couldn’t fix it, Victor and his team came out and took care of it right away! I highly recommend Vic Plumbing. Thanks for help!

Wade was fantastic. He was at our home within an hour of our call for help. He replaced a broken shower connection. He had a special tool that greatly prevented a very bad complication of having to go through another wall.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

I don't normally write these things, but these people are THE BEST.
This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor in AZ.
They are honest and fast, you don't find that very often.

Avoid this company at all costs. All of the other A/C contractors in Arizona nicknamed this company “Chainsaw Roberts” for a good reason. If they are the installer that your new home builder uses, walk away and buy a home from someone else. I’ve had to come out of pocket thousands of dollars to remedy all of the issues that this company created on our installation.
