First technician forgot to put breaker back in, spent day with no cold air until second guy came out and spotted it. Had to switch out part that wife should have okayed the previous day to make sure unit stays in proper working condition. Both gentlemen were polite. Have 2 houses under contract and they can never get the phone number correct to call when they are on there way out is only issue.

Had a 80+ foot main water line replaced from street to house via trenchless pipe replacement by Simply Better Plumbing. Only had to dig up areas around main water box and main line going into house. We were skeptical of this new method at first, but they were actually able to pull new water line underground entire way, i.e. under driveway, landscape and sidewalk. Can't say enough good stuff about this company. Installers were professional, aimed to please and were very amicable to work with. Owner Don swung by and introduced himself and helped with project. They cleaned up afterwards and you can't tell work was performed, landscape back to original condition. They honored their estimate even though they had to do some extra work and price for project was extremely reasonable. Very prompt and good follow thru with customer. We HIGHLY Recommend. They installed a part for our water heater but did not turn the water back on. There are handicapped people in our home and we couldn't turn it on. The person who did the job was very arrogant and did not finish the job. Very rude and not friendly.

We had a problem with a newer install and called them told them it was a 106 degrees and their air conditioner quite.first they said they could come out until they said it was a year and half old they couldn’t come for a week.told them there was baby in house and they got more rude. Don’t ever hire them if you want honest results
