We recently needed assistance with replacing our 3 faucet shower valve and Greg came out from Plumbing Express to help. He was a complete professional and even suggested that I could do it myself. Due to lack of time I was unable and had family coming in town, so he showed me how simple it was and completed the work really quickly. Greg was really cool and great guy. Used Diggers once before, that experience was good. Wish I could say the same for the second time we tried to use their services. Made an appt. with Joe, which was both verbal and by text and it had it be reshedule
On the day of because he took another job over my appt. Came the following day and looked over the job, (leaking tub faucet) said he would come the next day to fix it and we never heard from him. Very Unprofessional !
Time to find a new plumber

Our main line was blocked. After looking through local plumbers and reading reviews I called Aspen. The guy that showed up (Scott) was excellent. He cleared the line quickly and charged a very fair rate. As long as I live in Gilbert, Aspen will be our preferred plumbing service.

He was great and got the job done quickly and cleanly.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and called Brian at Red Horse. He was very responsive, got to work and fixed our leak. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking for quality work!

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!
