I can not speak for the quality of your work. I can say you are only as good as your employees and today they did not serve you well. Out of selfishness to work on a remodel in an EMPTY suite, water was shut off to an entire building affecting many lives. Not inconvenienced, actual lives that depend on water and machines to to act as their kidneys. You were told when the water could be shut off and it was ignored. The employees were unapologetic and couldn't care less.

We called Master rooter this morning. James was our plumber and he was fantastic. He was at our house within an hour of our call and he was finished in 45 minutes. We had 2 clogs in 2 different bathrooms and he was able to clear both of them. We will be using Master Rooter Again!
