Best New Air Conditioning Unit Installed in Mesa AZ

Before even arriving, I greatly appreciated the text message with the photo of the technician (Matthew) coming out and that he was on his way. Sometimes my wife is the only one home with the kids when we are needing work done so this adds a level of safety for her to know who to expect. We don't wear shoes in the house for health reasons so it was great to see that he showed up with new shoe covers to put on before stepping into our house. We needed new drain piping and a garbage disposal hooked up to our newly installed sink and he went above and beyond to no only do it correctly but was very descriptive in some of the work he was doing. He was clear in his communication and I never felt that he was trying to sell me on anything or brush over the details. He was tidy with his work area, conscious of our cabinets and floors and he communicated every time he had to step out of the house. I would call Matthew anytime we need work in the future and would recommend him to my family and friends. He is more than welcome in our house again!

Joshua was professional, friendly and efficient. He informed us of potential costs and provided options. When a solution was selected, he fixed the problem quickly. We would use Parker and Sons again.

We had a problem with a newer install and called them told them it was a 106 degrees and their air conditioner quite.first they said they could come out until they said it was a year and half old they couldn’t come for a week.told them there was baby in house and they got more rude. Don’t ever hire them if you want honest results
