Faucet installation was a smooth process with their skilled team. The new faucet works perfectly.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

4/26/2023 Bobby and I miscommunicated on where the new Ruud Water Heater would end up.
Then he starts yelling at me with baseless accusations. Which I found out later that is also on the invoice.

A horrible experience.

I would NOT recommend this company to Anyone.

These people have become more like trusted family..... so honest and reliable! Herb came right on the scheduled time and took care of out maintenance, explained everything to a tee. I recently moved into my new house and set up a plumber who was supposed to come out and look at my pipes. He never showed up and it took me several days to figure out what happened. I found The Green Plumber AZ and gave them a call. They were able to solve the problem in just a few hours! They also did an inspection of my kitchen sink, found some issues with it, and fixed them at no charge! I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs!

1. Time
2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

I had a toilet that needed a new flush valve and the handle on the water supply line broke off.
The fee came to $231.
I could have had a new toilet installed for that price.

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
