My journey to replace my HVAC was confusing to say the least!!I had 4 bids, however three of them had different approaches and wanted to put in a 2.5 ton HVAC for the price Parker & Sons installed a 3 Ton HVAC! From the initial bid to saying Thank You & Good Night to the incredible Installers...My experience was to say the least...INCREDIBLE! The professionalism of ALL the employees is outstanding!!! Dino Valdez & Josh were beyond the call of duty!!! They worked from 8AM til 7PM due to an unseen problem underneath the Park Model that was never diagnosed by previous HVAC company!! Not to mention the 113 degree day!!!They were more than diligent, cleaned up everything on my patio and politely said Thank You!! I can 100% recommend Parker & Sons to anyone needing any service they provide!!

Had the whole system placed in by Sterling Services before their merge with Dukes. Ever since then all technicians that have come over to provide preventative maintenance services through the plan I added have gone above and beyond. Shout out to Ace who has been out to service the most. Extraordinary technician that truly values quality of work. Thank you.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

We are longtime customers and continue to get great service. We recently had a new heat pump installed and Tim gave us the best price,(including some customized installation), compared to two other companies in the valley. He also spent many additional hours without charging us to address an air flow problem in our ductwork. We don't think we would have received this kind of attention, service and commitment from anyone else.

Poor service. They always try to fix the refrigerant, but come back every year saying it broke again.
