Fantastic !!! My air conditioning went out I called several companies before I called this one. Some told me they couldn't get a tech out for a few days. 1 company didn't even show. I called 911 Heating and Cooling they had a tech out to my home fast. The tech was expirienced and the rates very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

Old gas water heater sprung a leak after 14 years. New 50 gallon water heater with 10 year warranty was installed. Cons: warranty requires new Anode rode every other year. As far as I could tell difference between 6->10 year warranty is this anode rode which appears to cost $1200. I don't think I can afford this additional cost 5 times over the course of the ten year warranty vs six year warranty without it. + unit has to be flushed and drained annually so that's probably at least $140-$165 for the odd years of warranty. Didn't really know to ask about it until I saw the installation photos later that day with service record sticker on tank.Work was totally professional. Cleanup was superb. Technicians were very friendly.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Tim and the whole crew were just fantastic.
We had 3 companies come out to do an initial appraisal. The first company barely looked at the system and quoted an outrageous amount. The second company did a thorough job but recommended non-matching components (in the same price range as Water Factor). What I really liked about Air & Water Factor was not only the thorough review of the system but the clear explanation of what they needed to do to not only replace the AC but improve the overall performance with proper installation and added insulation.
Since moving into the house our AC has ALWAYS knocked which irritating. Tim knew exactly what was wrong (actually a fairly simple fix). The installed system has worked beautifully and is very quiet. Very Satisfied. Highly recommended.

They don't honor their commitments, they don't provide timely service, they are very unresponsive, and you can't trust what the employees tell you.
At first, we had good luck with them maintaining/fixing the main A/C under warranty from new home construction. However; June 11, 2021, my mini-split unit stopped working. They couldn't send someone out until the end of July. The technician said the compressor was bad, and he'd get back to me with a price. I waited a week and 1/2, and did my own search for the compressor, and finally called them since they didn't get back with me. They finally gave me a price for the part over 3 times what I could get it from from a number of reputable firms. I told him that's what I was going to do and he told me that was a good price and let them know when I got it. It took another week and 1/2 to get it here (now mid August), and I called to schedule. The earliest they had was Sept 27. There were several emails & text to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, someone called and said they couldn't install the unit because they didn't buy it. I talked to several people, including a technician who was fine doing it, except he didn't know what to charge. I finally spoke with Ozzie Brixa, the supervisor who canceled the appointment, and said the original technician was no longer with them and the one that scheduled the appointment was new. He wouldn't honor the commitment those employees had made. The bottom line is that they strung me along through the heat of the Mesa AZ summer, I had to get the compressor myself, and after all this time I need to find someone else to install it.
