My technician, Josh, was very polite and helpful. He called to tell me his eta. He showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I will use them again and I will be calling them to come out to my business soon for a job.

Sage Plumbing came out on the 4th of July (after another company was a no show) through our home warranty contract. Jonny checked it out and pronounced our garbage disposal as dead then said he had a replacement in the truck and will replace it right now! The service was quick, competent and professional. I'm very pleased!

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. This is my second time using Sonoran Desert Plumbing and I will highly recommend them to my friends.

He spoke nicely and gave a quote for a gas line installation for my gas range kitchen. I was on a very strict time constraint. We decided a date for the installation. I had to chase and follow-up and he simply said their is an emergency and he can't do the job. Next day same thing happened. Then he simply stop responding to take calls or reply to message. That's utterly unprofessional behaviour. I have really no option but to order food from outside untill I can arrange another plumber for this installation. He doesn't inform and can back off from his commitments without letting you know

I can not speak for the quality of your work. I can say you are only as good as your employees and today they did not serve you well. Out of selfishness to work on a remodel in an EMPTY suite, water was shut off to an entire building affecting many lives. Not inconvenienced, actual lives that depend on water and machines to to act as their kidneys. You were told when the water could be shut off and it was ignored. The employees were unapologetic and couldn't care less.

Arid Valley came out same day, and cleared both my backed up showers. They were very clean and quick. I will definitely continue to use them in the future. And would recommend them to anybody

I would highly recommend Lawson Family Plumbing. I called and was able to get someone out right away. The technician was very courteous and did an excellent job with our repairs. He was also very neat and left our outside clean and as if no one had been there and inside too. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

To start off, one star is too generous of a rating. Randy came to do plumbing work at my mother's house. After walking around the toilet and inspecting the problem, he told me he had an appointment at 6:00 PM and he had to get his auger. He came to the house at 5:55 PM and left at 5:57 PM. I thought he was going to run to his truck and get the auger but never returned. What kind of plumber does not carry his tools in his vehicle? I figured he went to his 6 PM appointment and would return but to no avail. He claimed he came back and waited 10 minutes at the door but never rang the doorbell nor called. Randy was very rude to my sister who was the contact person.
