He gives you the cost up front and brings everything needed to the job site, cleaned up when he was finished and no bait and switch. Very happy with the work and price.

Had Affordable Plumber AZ LLC out last week to install a replacement Water Softener (not his equipment) for a system that failed but was under warranty. They replumbed the new system and added a Water Pressure Regulator (PRV) to our line. If you don't have a PRV then check into it. Had I had this in place I would not have needed to replace my Water Softener. Higher than normal water pressure can damage appliances that should only get 70 ish PSI.

I have used Water Pros several times, at my offices, my rental properties and my personal home, and time after time they have gone above and beyond expectations. Best Plumbing company hands down period! I would highly recommend Mitch and his team for all your Plumbing needs. Honestly just a quality person running a great company. Thank you for getting here so quickly and fixing our issue so fast!

Performed service promptly and efficiently. Had pipe leak in irrigation line outside. Called them yesterday evening and they were willing to come out at night but told them today was fine. Showed up early to diagnose problem and then had someone out within an hour to fix it.Very pleased with service. Would definitely use them again.

J.I. To the Rescue!
We have had several repairs and jobs done by Jaimie Innes with J.I. Plumbing and never been so pleased with a company than we are with these folks. They are professional, courteous and especially fair priced!

One instance was a Saturday afternoon, we arrived home to find our garage and driveway FLOODED with water. Once we got inside, we saw the water softener fittings had dry rotted and burst. Immediately, we called J.I. Plumbing who instructed us to turn off the water and within a half an hour, Jaimie was present, fixing the situation. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with our water heater and Jaimie immediately replaced that as well for well under any pricing I had seen elsewhere.

J.I. Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal in the sink, new kitchen sink and faucet, Reverse Osmosis set up, and water heater. He has been our plumber for sewer clogs (we have large trees) and other mishaps.... again, VERY FAIRLY PRICED and always professional and prompt service.

I would never recommend another plumber than J.I. Plumbing.

Pat and his crew are absolutely fantastic, we really were very impressed with the dedication to solving our problem and the professionalism they showed. We are located in Mesa and Pat made a confusing plumbing situation much better! Fair, reasonable and friendly, we have our new go to plumber. I would easily recommend them to any and all homeowners in Mesa.

These guys are honest and very professional! I had some backups in my sewer pipe in the past that made me think that possibly I had roots in the line. They came out with a camera to inspect it for me. They let me watch as they ran the camera through the lines and explained what we were seeing. Luckily, there were no roots or any other serious problems that required repairs, but I got the piece of mind knowing that I didn’t have a potential disaster on my hands. They didn’t try to sell me on any other services that I didn’t need or try to pretend there was a problem just to get me for some unnecessary repair work. I would recommend them to anyone needing good, reliable, and honest plumbing or sewer repair!

This was our first time using Dukes of Air, and definitely will not be the last. We just moved into our new house a couple of months ago, and have been having issues with our thermostat and air ever since. I called Dukes on Thursday and they got me on the schedule for Friday afternoon (yesterday). Our technician was Kalem, and he was fantastic. He showed up and asked me what was going on, and immediately went to the attic to check it out. Within 5 minutes he was back down with a picture showing me what the issue was, and after I told him we would move forward with the repairs, he was back up in the attic fixing it for us. Though it was a small and simple fix, he was still thorough and made sure to explain it all to me after the fact, and even provided recommendations and got us on a maintenance plan for the future. Now, I am a little biased because I used to work for another one of the competitor AC companies. However, these guys are great at what they do, and are made sure all of my questions and concerns were taken care of before he left. They also were not pushy, and didn’t try to get us to do work or sign up for things that weren’t necessary (like I know most other companies do). Five star review all around, we will definitely be using them again for any issues we may have. Thank you Dukes of Air!

This is a great company! The technicians are always polite and very professional. They explain everything that is going on. I am very happy with their service and I recommend this company to everybody I talk to.

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
