Wow, wow, wow, hire this guy, he is impressive. Today I had him install a garbage disposal and fix two toilets that had been broken for years (rocky on the base). He was timely, and a good communicator. He did all the work within an hour and a half- they were on point. You could feel the hustle and his apprentice was always running to get something from the truck. He told me our toilets weren’t installed well from the original contractor. When I commented that they lasted 10 years he said “they should last a lifetime!” No lost time when you’re charging by the hour. The work was flawless and they even took out the trash in both my bathrooms bc they threw out some paper towels. He even thanked me for the work and my bill was about 1/2 of what I expected to pay. Really, send all your business to them, I could not me more impressed.

Quality work and friendly knowledgeable staff. On time. They where there when they said they would be (unlike almost all other places i have used over the years). I was first in contact with Emmanuel who was professional and set up and gave details of the HVAC duct cleaning. Colton showed up on time and also went over the process, including showing pictures of my vents before and after. I would certainly use them again and have already recommended them to another friend who was looking for a reputable company to use.

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

James should get 10 stars. Install was good. price was awesome. Service was great - James and I happened to grow up in the same neighborhood back east, so it was fun to share war stories from back home. Very candid and laid back - couldn't have asked for a better tradesman. James installed a utility sink setup in the laundry room, turned out great and was 1/2 the price of Parker & Sons.

Had them troubleshoot a possible leak. Good experience with the super friendly tech that came out. Also had Gary S. do filter/softener work in the past.

Woke up early this morning to take a shower. Lol and behold, no hot water. Checked out plumbers for the Chandler area and found J. I. Plumbing had good reviews. Called them at 7 am and he was here in 2 hours. Diagnosed the issue, gave me an estimate and then he replaced my water heater, installed a new one and hauled the old one away. Great service, nice guy and a hard worker.

Dave and Chad were professional, punctual, and polite. Chad kept the space VERY organized and clean throughout the install, which took 2 days. They both communicated effectively by calling or texting responses quickly. I have no complaints whatsoever and definitely recommend this company. The shower is clean!
