Michael came on time and just in the nick of time! He was scheduled to do some updates on plumbing for my kitchen renovation when I found out my water heater died! He took care of my water heater and all of my other plumbing needs all in one day. Michael has a great sense of humor and is very meticulous. I will call this company for all my plumbing needs from now on! They are a company you can trust with your home!

Over the years I used Scott many times. Both in our Gilbert home and here in Queen Creek. Seldom asked for a quote. I liked Scott and his work. I called yesterday and the day before. Doesn't have the courtesy of returning my calls. Guess he doesn't like repeat business anymore.

We called PlumbSmart out an estimate because our AC needed to be replaced. The sales guy was knowledgeable and recommended a great system at a fair price. It turned out it wasn't actually available so the install got pushed back and we kept getting an answer every week of maybe next week, so that was a little frustrating. They were nice and brought out a portable unit which did help cool the living room, but was a huge hassle. When the unit finally arrived, Eric the installer was prompt, prepared, and did a fantastic job. He helped me set up the new thermostat and explained how this system would differ from the old one. All in all it was a pretty good experience. Though I started to get real upset getting strung along each week after awhile, I'll chalk that up to distribution issues and I'd use them again.

I can’t speak highly enough of the Parker and Sons team and the excellent job they did today. I was originally scheduled for their first available tune up appointment in August, however my AC unfortunately started overheating over the weekend and I was moved up to standby service the following business day. I was very pleased that they were able to make it before 5PM. Daniel and Jose were exceptionally courteous, professional, and resourceful- Daniel explored every single possibility that could be contributing to the issue and provided updates as he went along. At no point did I feel pressured or overcharged for the services provided, it was quite the contrary- I actually saved money compared to the last company I worked with.
