This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

After a big error done by our home builder's construction team drilling an enormous oversized hole for our reverse osmosis system into our new kitchen's counter, nobody was able to help me finding an extra large faucet that could be installed for our RO system. Then I called Nick and he started searching immediately for a solution and was able to find a manufacturer that sells custom faucets within a short time. Nick's great effort and professionalism finding me the perfect faucet deserves ten stars! Immensely grateful that this error was corrected thanks to Nick's dedication and professionalism.

We contracted with Ron at Paragon Home Services to have a new vanity top, sink and faucet installed in our spare bathroom. The first vanity top/sink that arrived was not what we ordered and it had a crack in it. I was so sad because I was certain we would have to wait for an extended length of time due to lack of product because of the pandemic. However, Ron truly went the extra mile and put a rush on my order. I was so surprised and very happy when he called a week later to tell me my new vanity top was in and ready to be installed. The men that came to install were courteous, kind, professional, and VERY CLEAN. Ron communicated with me through the entire process and made certain I was satisfied and liked my new vanity top. I love it! We will be using Paragon Home Services in the near future to paint the cabinets throughout our kitchen and bathrooms. We are VERY HAPPY with the services we received from Paragon and very grateful to both Ron and Kathleen for always communicating with us and for the importance they placed on our satisfaction. These guys are such crooks. The plumber wanted to charge me $140 a hour just to diagnose the issue when the the problem was just a closed valve. The crook charged me $100 to open a valve. Definitely do not recommend.
