Best Electrical Repair in Mesa AZ

I am not happy with this service. I was referred by South West Gas Aspen was a contractor. I told them prior to working on our gas line they needed to get permits from the City. I was told no I don't need to get them so they went on to work on line. When they were done they told me to call SW Gas and have them turn back on. Guess what? I called SW Gas and they wanted to know if permits were obtained. I told them no I was told by the owner at SW Gas didn't need them sure enough they did. They had to come back take out the concrete that was poured and rework. The thing is I must have told them 3 times they needed a permit and they didn't get one. A job that s/h been simple turned into a huge job and once that required my time...several calls to Aspen as well as SW Gas plus all the interuptions during the day as I work from home. The last straw was that I was told they would finish up the next day...They never showed anyways they will not get my business again very UNPROFESSIONAL

I had a smart thermostat installed.
The tech called to let me know he was on his way and arrived a bit early.
There was an issue with the wiring but he was able to resolve the issue and get the thermostat working properly.

I would highly recommend this company to family & friends.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Three things always stick out to me when I evaluate someone's work
1. Time
2. Money
3. Quality

Nick came out and fixed my outside water valves without me needing to be there and got back to me via text message once everything was done allowing me time to get done errands I needed to finish.

The closest quote I could find was hundreds of dollars more than what Nick quoted, and on top of that he was able to find the parts for cheaper saving me an additional $75.

Everything is working to a T No dripping issues, water pressure is regulated, and my 20 year old stop valve has been replaced with a newer, more reliable one.

Nick, if you read this I just want to say thanks again for doing such an awesome job, and if this is someone thinking of hiring a plumber look no further you've already found him.

Beware and Do Not use this company as they knowingly employ Drug addicts and Meth users. Brenda has been using Methamphetamine for many years I wouldn't trust her in my home for a second she has stolen from me in the past. Also Jack and Jason other employees are using meth as well. Caution don't put yourself at risk. I can provide Owner with any proof related if necessary photos videos. While the owner Ron possibly is unaware I urge customers to protect themselves just in case.

The repair and maintenance rep. from Minuteman Home Services was on time, friendly, very professional and explained the full service in plain English, so that a person outside the industry understood what the service was all about. I will call this company again.

Things went quite well on Friday....everything that was promised happened. tech's were great...went about their business without a hitch....looks like we have a great product installed and am sure we will enjoy it for some time

Great service! Junior (And other guys prior) were Friendly, early, informative and gave some great tips for saving on electricity and water. Arrived early each time, no hassle. Worked thru the problems and backed their work. So happy we chose this company to get our water heater from.

This company charged me $800 to “fix” my ac when they then realized it doesn’t work. Now it’s still not working. Absolute worst AC company on the planet
