Best Cooling Problems in Mesa AZ

Rob & Jack came to help fix our apartment outlets that shut down after the storms started hitting this summer. They were very professional, friendly, and made sure to clean up/vacuum once they finished finding/fixing the problem. They got it done relatively quick as well. They also came earlier than we had anticipated, which is always a plus. Will definitely consider using them again for future services!

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Not only late and, but incredibly incompetent. I was assigned Air & Water Factor from my home warranty company, Republic, for a garbage disposal tripping the circuit breaker issue. After 50 minutes past the scheduled service time (which was 7AM, first service call of the day), I had to call the dispatcher which went to voice mail. I got a call back at 8:05AM telling me that they had issues with the driver picking up the truck. No problem, I just expect a courtesy call when you are going to be an hour late.

When they showed up, he plugged in the garbage disposal and it tripped the circuit breaker. He told me I have a bad switch. I said plug another garbage disposal into the outlet and see if it works... he said he doesn't have a garbage disposal. I asked 'Why would you show up to fix a garbage disposal without one in your truck?' else in and see if the switch works? He said he isn't an electrician he doesn't diagnose electrical problems. I told him it's not an electrical problem. I plugged in a high horsepower air compressor to the outlet for the garbage disposal and turned it on / off to demonstrate it wasn't the switch. He said he had to call Old Republic to get the work order reassigned for electrical.

I think the plumber was just hoping to turn the hex wrench wrench on the bottom of the garbage disposal, reset the breaker, and get their $65 fee. He knew the disposal was bad when he left. He was either lazy, or incompetent, either way I am glad Republic sent another plumber out to replace the broken disposal.

Parker was very polite. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.Did tell me that the angle of the kitchen pipe should be redone because it was not getting the correct flow due to incorrect angle. Work was done in a timely matter. Would recommend this person.

Happy staff on the ball

We have used this company for several years for our yearly maintenance of our AC unit. We were in Hawaii this year and the AC quit. Called them and they came out and informed us what we needed done. We had the work done called them the very next day and paid the $2000.00 plus and still received a letter that they were going to put a lean on our home if we didn’t pay. I don’t know what happened but sure am disappointed in them. Think it’s time to call the hall and get a new company.

They don't honor their commitments, they don't provide timely service, they are very unresponsive, and you can't trust what the employees tell you.
At first, we had good luck with them maintaining/fixing the main A/C under warranty from new home construction. However; June 11, 2021, my mini-split unit stopped working. They couldn't send someone out until the end of July. The technician said the compressor was bad, and he'd get back to me with a price. I waited a week and 1/2, and did my own search for the compressor, and finally called them since they didn't get back with me. They finally gave me a price for the part over 3 times what I could get it from from a number of reputable firms. I told him that's what I was going to do and he told me that was a good price and let them know when I got it. It took another week and 1/2 to get it here (now mid August), and I called to schedule. The earliest they had was Sept 27. There were several emails & text to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, someone called and said they couldn't install the unit because they didn't buy it. I talked to several people, including a technician who was fine doing it, except he didn't know what to charge. I finally spoke with Ozzie Brixa, the supervisor who canceled the appointment, and said the original technician was no longer with them and the one that scheduled the appointment was new. He wouldn't honor the commitment those employees had made. The bottom line is that they strung me along through the heat of the Mesa AZ summer, I had to get the compressor myself, and after all this time I need to find someone else to install it.
