Fred was the most wonderful person I have had to deal with this issue with my water heater. He was professional and has went out of his way to assure the job will get done. Although I have had to put money on shipping he could see how frustrated I became when I found the part would not come in until next week. He assured me he would make it a priority to come back even if it is late. He made sure that the service call and labor was discounted. He explained step by step what the problem was and understood how frustrated I was, even if I raised my voice at the person on the phone. He took charge and took it upon him self to provide the information that was needed to get the part shipped. He made sure he will be the one to come and install the part once it is received next week. Thumbs up to Fred! BSJ has a valuable employee with Fred!

My toilet was leaking I didn’t know where the water was coming from so I called kitchen and bath plumbing they send a technician out by the name of Nicholas and this guy was just amazing I thought I needed a whole new toilet but that wasn’t the case this gentleman reassured me that everything was fine and that we just needed a new ring for the toilet so he brought it out and fixed it these guys are awesome I would refer them to anybody

I called Superstition Plumbing on Sunday night and much to my surprise I got an immediate call back from the owner Roy, who helped me through some initial diagnostics. He explained the issues and the pricing including a new R/0 system which I purchased, as the unit was 14 years old and faltering. I had some mold in the cabinet due to the leak which he told me how to treat along with replacing the cabinet floor. He was informative, professional, and amicable.
