If I could leave 10 stars I would for Water Pros Plumbing. Mitch and his team are highly qualified professionals that take great care in their work while at your home. They do neat and clean work. If your looking for the best plumbers, look no further.

Our main line was blocked. After looking through local plumbers and reading reviews I called Aspen. The guy that showed up (Scott) was excellent. He cleared the line quickly and charged a very fair rate. As long as I live in Gilbert, Aspen will be our preferred plumbing service.

Schroeder Plumbing came to our home and installed a new water softener, four new toilets, and replaced our RO water filter and connected it to the fridge. Matt was very friendly and they were great to work with! Their office was very flexible with scheduling and showed that they value their customers!

Jamie just finished up fixing our shower that had been running full HOT for the last 2 months. We had the water heater replaced so we knew it couldn't be that. I gave Jamie a call after seeing him recommended by our neighbors on Next Door and he was able to tell me what the problem was over the phone after answering a few easy questions.Jamie was on time, super personable and all of my pets visited with him as he worked in the bathroom. We feared we would have to replace the shower handle because of how bad the build-up was and it would have been easy for any plumber to suggest it for a few extra bucks, but Jamie wanted to try some other options before having to resort to replacing it completely. I just bought a new house and needed to have the hook ups for my washer fixed. Wade did and excellent job. While there I also had a toilet issue and he jumped right in and fixed that as well. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel pressured into anything he suggested . Most company try to get you to have things done that’s aren’t even necessary. But not this company ! He his fair and honest!

Workers could not communicate with me and gave their phone to the owner so I could explain the problem of my water heater to determine it needed to be replaced. The owner quickly quoted me $4,200 for a 75 gallon gas water tank. When I asked what kind of water tank and what the labor costs were, he asked that I hand the phone to his workers. He talked to the worker for 10 seconds and then they literally ran off my property, ignoring me. Rude service, insane prices and unprofessional behavior. Hours later, I found an excellent company that charged me $2,300, were in and out of my garage in 40 minutes, and installed a high end water tank with an excellent warranty.
