Mitch and his crew are awesome. Usually dealing with plumbers can be SO intimidating. But they are so incredibly nice, they explain everything in easy to understand terms, and are so reliable! I refer them to everyone because they are truly the best.

We hired Plumbing Bear as per their ratings and reviews and i must say they were truly professionals and kind. They arrived on same day of our call and they had all the necessary equipment in their van. They inspected whole house and found all the leaks and started repairing it. They completed the whole work in two and a half day.Thank you guys for great job.

From office staff (Erica) to diagnostics (Adrian) to sewer line repair (Matt & Mike), they instilled confidence with their thorough work and explanations. Exceeded performance of all previous plumbing companies I had consulted for estimates. Due to high bids from other plumbers, I called insurance adjuster who recommended them due to prior positive experiences. My claim was denied, but well worth the call just to get connected to Schroeder. They minimized cost & avoided tear-up, with an effective/warranted solution. They are now my go-to plumbing company!

Just called to inquire if he might have time to change out a water heater element. He was quite curt and asked age of heater. I said 7 years and he instantly informed me it was at the end of its life. ( electric here can last 12 - 15 ) and be $250 with no guarantee to do element. Um, if it were $20 I wouldn't do it based solely on his attitude, but a definite NO due to his rip-off mentality. Good grief!

I called Frank on Friday and he came out on Monday to install new kitchen and RO faucets. My old faucet was so corroded from the AZ hard water. He also installed a shut-off valve on my RO and gave me tips on what to do when changing the RO filters. He hooked my water line up to the refrigerator which the previous plumber was supposed to do but did not. His prices are so much more reasonable than other companies I have used in the past. I will be using Chandler Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs going forward.

Cure All was great. Called on a Monday, talked to owner about Sump Pump issue I had going. He sent someone out Tuesday and repairs are completed on Wednesday morning.
Patrick was great, very knowledgeable and pricing was more than fair compared to other quotes received.

Disregarding the convenience of providing Saturday plumbing services (which isn't offered by many companies), upon being scheduled to have a plumber come to my home pretty much immediately on my availability (also rare), I was very surprised at how affordable the quote amount was to have a rusted out sink drain pipe replaced.

The company earned my complete trust as I watched the broken pipe cause my home's very aged (cast iron) main drain line to crack open and break off when trying to remove the sink drain pipe from it, only to have the plumbers tell me they would also repair the main line for the cost of parts. Because I have had numerous plumbing issues over the last 10yrs due to the age of my home, I have come to expect main line issues, and although it gives me peace of mind that I don't have to worry about this other main line issue in the future, it was honorable that the plumbers Didn't try to take advantage of the situation financially, and Never tried to make me feel like a hostage in the situation.

Beyond all of this, I must also commend the plumbers at the quality and completeness of rebuilding and replacing the stack of pipes with current day plumbing materials that will last longer than the home's original copper and cast iron plumbing. To top it all off, the plumbers were able to (unbelievably) complete the job Really quickly; Allowing me to keep my Saturday.

I'm a 1st time customer to Norfleet, found them on YELP today in my hot water (or lack thereof) emergency. Nick arrived in 1 hour and fixed my thermostats in the hot water heater, he didn't try to upsell me things I didn't need today but made me aware of things that could go wrong down the road...FAST friendly service and he had the parts on his truck that were needed. I'm impressed and I felt like he was an old friend and easy to talk to :-) I'm completely satisfied. My experience has been 100% Positive from the initial call to the final goodbye....but this won't be my final goodbye as I'm keeping his business card in my safe place and from now on I will only call Nick for my plumbing needs.

Vague and not correct invoice. Technician doesn't bother to call 30min ahead, like they tell you on the phone. They make you wait on hold.
